Six to Six diet
Ever heard of the six to six diet? It has been a long time since this diet modification was done. Many people used this diet during mid 1990's up to now. For some they might think this is just a waste of time because it might take a few months for you to see the results but if you have patience then you will be able to pursue this.
Six to six diet is an effective way to lose weight. If you have self-discipline and the will to lose weight then this would definitely work for you. A couple of people claim that they do loose weight when they stick to this diet regimen. It's not at all easy doing this, you have to force yourself to it in short self-determination and self-discipline is the key to succeed. An other option would be Hoodia Gordonii diet pills....
Six to six diet is easy to do but its rather very strict. Starting from six in the morning you can anything you like but in the evening after six o'clock you must not take in anything except water. Since after six o'clock you won't be eating anymore, you should be able to start with dinner early, maybe around five thirty you can have your dinner and after that no more. This diet modification maybe applicable to persons who have a day job since they wake up early in the morning and able to eat dinner at home. Unfortunately for people who have shift jobs, this diet might not be too useful for them because they have a different time to wake up and eat. In just a matter of one or two months if you stick strictly with this diet you would be able to see good results. The key here is to eat a hearty breakfast, a full meal and just a light dinner. If you're used to skipping a meal, it is better to skip dinner since if you go to sleep your metabolism slows because the cells are also on rest. This diet doesn't mean you don't have to eat because that is different. One thing more this diet is not also applicable for persons with diabetes since it may cause hypoglycemia in their case.
If you have the will to do it then you will be able to achieve your goal but don't push yourself too much, try also to reward yourself if you were able to achieve your goal. Just remember starving yourself to death is different from this diet modification and too much in excess is not good too.
